“Not everything that is faced can be changed; but nothing can be changed until it’s faced.” — James Baldwin

Nancy is a therapist who supports individuals in healing from past experiences that may be holding them back—whether rooted in family relationships or shaped by the impact of systemic oppression. She understands that the path to healing can be complex, and she believes no one should have to walk it alone.

Nancy specializes in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them explore and release both personal and inherited patterns that no longer serve them. Her approach is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and grounded in liberation psychology. As a disabled, LGBTQAI+ therapist, Nancy is deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal at their own pace. Her work centers on honoring each person’s lived experience while fostering a sense of agency and self-compassion.
