Strengthen Relationships With Couples & Family Counseling

Let’s Rebuild Trust, Resolve Conflicts, and Renew Family Ties

To a significant extent, our relationships make us who we are. Our family—both blood and found—shapes our personalities and perceptions. If there are problems at home, this strife can seem overwhelming and suffocating, often resulting in reduced quality of life and potentially leading to mental health disorders like depression and anxiety.

You’re not alone, even if you feel isolated from your loved ones. At Let All Thrive, our couples and family counseling professionals can help you address issues like marital or partner strife, and relationship problems between children and adults. Let’s move forward together.

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’”

— Mary Anne Radmacher

Who Can Benefit From Our Counseling Services

The clinicians at Let All Thrive welcome any and all who would like to rebuild damaged relationships, acquire coping skills, and learn harmonious ways of resolving conflicts. Often, we work with couples—married or not—who are experiencing issues in their relationship. (We are an LGBTQIA+-affirming counseling practice.)

We also work with adults (e.g. adult siblings, grandparents, etc.) and children and their parents. Therapy can involve just one child and one parent, or it can involve a much larger family unit. It can involve parents who are still together and their children, or separated/divorced parents who are co-parenting. Our couples and family counseling services are highly accommodating and flexible.

Couples and family counseling can help address an almost limitless range of concerns, including those that arise from mental health disorders. Other indicators that your family may benefit from counseling can include:

Often, it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what the source of the problem is. If you’re feeling as if your relationships are stuck or beginning to fall apart, our counselors are here to support you.

If you are experiencing domestic violence and need immediate help, please call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text ‘START’ to 88788. Help is available 24/7 in multiple languages.

What to Expect From Counseling Sessions

At Let All Thrive, we prioritize building trust and rapport between clinicians and clients. Your counselor will thoroughly assess the issues that affect your family and collaborate with you to develop a road map for moving forward. Typically, couples and family counseling is short-term, consisting of solutions-focused sessions that aim to build skills in areas such as:

The goal is generally to enhance or rebuild understanding, respect, trust, and affection among couples or family members. At our family counseling practice, we emphasize the importance of client education. Often, having a better understanding of family roles and behaviors can contribute to a more harmonious home.
