"I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear."

— Albert Einstein

Some of Our Focus Areas Include:

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety disorders and depressive disorders are among the most common mental health challenges. An anxiety or depressive disorder involves more than just feeling sad or worried on an occasional basis. Instead, they are characterized by persistent negative emotions, such as hopelessness, fretfulness, fearfulness, and doubts about one’s self-worth. Our mental health providers can help you break free from the darkness and move forward with confidence.

Trauma

Many of us have suffered some sort of trauma—whether it was childhood bullying, domestic violence, hate crimes, or sexual abuse. Even witnessing an accident or act of violence committed against someone else can be traumatizing. A range of trauma disorders can result, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma. Our therapy services include support for those with trauma. Many of our mental health providers have significant experience working with clients with trauma, including clients from minority or marginalized populations.

Grief & Loss

Loss is a natural part of life and grief is a natural response to it. But just because these phenomena are natural does not mean they are always easy to deal with. Furthermore, grief is a set of complex emotions that may arise not only following the death of a loved one, but also because of something that has significantly disrupted your life or challenged your self-identity (e.g. divorce or infertility). Our clinicians will guide you through our therapy services with compassion, helping you find your way forward no matter how insurmountable the challenge might seem.

LGBTQIA+

We firmly believe that mental health counseling should be available to all those who feel marginalized. Many of our mental health providers specialize in offering therapy services to the LGBTQIA+ community, and our entire team is friendly and unflinchingly accepting of our clients’ varied identities. Whether you’re struggling with your self-identity or dealing with backlash from friends and family, our Pride counseling services can help strengthen you.

ADD/ADHD

The symptoms of ADD/ADHD can sometimes make it difficult for you (or your child) to manage day-to-day responsibilities. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and sometimes, people with neurodivergences like ADHD face co-occurring disorders like depression that can arise from their exceptionalities. At Let All Thrive, we believe in providing whole-person support and therapy services that adapt to your unique needs.

Mood Disorders

“Mood disorders” is a broad umbrella term that refers to all types of bipolar disorder and depressive disorders. Mood disorders can affect children, adolescents, and adults. Some mood disorders are chronic, while others may be triggered by a short-term issue (such as a significant health diagnosis). If you’ve been feeling lost lately, our mental health providers will strive to empower you and give you the tools you need to cope with life’s many challenges.

Couples & Family Counseling

Many of our mental health providers specialize in couples and family counseling. The family and home may be where the heart is, but it’s not always paradise. Our clinicians can help you identify underlying issues, understand matters from each other’s perspectives, and work toward a more harmonious home. Our mental health providers can also help parent(s) who are struggling with parenting issues, including co-parenting.

Child & Adolescent Counseling

Childhood and adolescence can be a turbulent time, and no matter how close a child is to their parent or guardian, they can often benefit from the compassionate ear of a neutral third party. Sometimes, children and teens just need a non-family member to talk to about their struggles. We provide a safe, nonjudgmental space, with the aim of helping the next generation feel heard and validated.

Substance Use & Disordered Eating

Let All Thrive is not a substance use or disordered eating treatment facility, and we are not able to provide services that specifically treat those issues. However, our mental health providers can work with clients with substance use and/or disordered eating to address the underlying factors and contributing causes that give rise to those behaviors. For example, depression can often give rise to substance use or disordered eating. Collaborate with us and we’ll work toward a brighter future together.
