Far too many to list! There are more than 500 different modalities in mental health counseling, and we offer quite a few of them, including but not limited to:
Everyone who wants to feel unstuck! Our diverse team of counselors understands and connects with an even more diverse range of clients. We work with children and adolescents, couples and families and adult individuals.
Absolutely! We embrace the telehealth model because it enables us to connect with more clients, even those with tricky schedules or transportation difficulties. You might also choose telehealth simply because you feel more comfortable in your own home. We also offer in-person appointments at our two physical locations in Arizona.
We invite you to work with us if you are struggling with either (or both) of these mental health issues. Please note that we are not a substance use or disordered eating treatment facility. However, we can treat co-occurring mental health disorders (e.g. depression and anxiety) that can give rise to substance use and disordered eating.
It works differently for everyone because we personalize each session and treatment plan to meet our clients’ needs and life goals. As a general rule, however, you can expect the following:
Often, taking that first step seems to be the hardest thing to do. But if you’re here, taking the time to read about our mental health services, then you’ve already taken that first step. All you need to do next is go a little bit further.
Visit our team page and explore our clinicians’ backgrounds, specialty areas, and approaches. When you find someone whose approach and specializations resonates with you, book an in-person or telehealth appointment by using our scheduling portal.
If you are a minor (under the age of 18), your parent or legal guardian will need to give their consent for mental health services. Typically, parents or legal guardians make appointments for minors.
If you are 18 years of age or older, stricter privacy regulations apply. We can only discuss health information, billing, and insurance, or make/cancel appointments with a person other than the client if the client has filled out an Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information. Please let us know if you would like to fill out this form so that someone else can make arrangements or request information on your behalf.
By law, you have the right to receive a “good faith estimate” that explains the expected total cost of non-emergency healthcare services. The law requires healthcare providers to make a good faith estimate available to individuals who lack insurance or who will not be using insurance for the services.
If you feel that you have been wrongly billed, you have the right to contact:
