Counseling Style

Building trust and fostering a sense of being seen and heard without judgment are the foundations of successful treatment. As a counseling intern pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Prescott College, I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and Family Systems Therapy. I work under the supervision of experienced licensed professionals to ensure high-quality care and am dedicated to helping clients navigate personal growth and healing.
