Counseling Style

Margo is a Master of Social Work intern with a background in midwifery, education, and financial coaching. For more than a decade, she has worked with people during some of life’s biggest transitions and most vulnerable moments.

Margo approaches therapy with curiosity, warmth, humor, and respect for the insight people already have about themselves and their lives. She is especially interested in parts work and existential approaches, helping clients understand the patterns and experiences that shape how they relate to themselves and others, while exploring questions of identity, meaning, and how they want to live. She also draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and practical tools when helpful.

Margo currently works with adolescents and adults and particularly enjoys supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, life transitions, and the general messiness of being a person. Her goal is not simply to help clients feel better, but to help them understand themselves more deeply and create lives that feel meaningful, authentic, and fully their own.
