Marlaina, a licensed clinical social worker, brings extensive experience in individual, group, and family therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. She has worked in diverse settings, including homeless shelters, community mental health centers, and private practice.
Currently pursuing a trauma-focused PhD, Marlaina is committed to community-based therapy and system change. Her priority is creating a supportive space for clients to feel understood. She employs a person-centered approach, valuing the client’s expertise in themselves and their concerns.
