She has a focus on trauma-informed care, is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, and advocates for gender and religious minorities. With several years of experience in the behavioral health field, Stephenie has worked with adolescents on probation and adults with special needs.

Her goal is to enhance your self-perception, relationships, and overall life by evaluating your strengths and leveraging them to enhance your mental health, well-being, education, and relationships. Stephenie believes that everyone has the potential for growth, and she is dedicated to helping individuals discover and utilize their strengths to the fullest.

Stephenie employs a client-centered and strengths-based approach in her practice, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. She has effectively assisted clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, co-occurring disorders, special needs, and behavioral and family issues.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, Stephenie has a wealth of experience working with troubled teens and neurodivergent/special needs individuals of all ages.
