Publication of Your Personally Identifiable Information for Directory Lists: When joining a Directory List, the Personally Identifiable Information received may be published on the Sites and other media, including directories, membership lists, and registration lists for Let All Thrive directories and events, subject to HIPAA regulations when involving Protected Health Information (PHI). Users can request removal from Directory Lists by contacting privacy@letallthrive.com.

 

For European Union residents who agree, Let All Thrive Administrative Services will share data within Let All Thrive directories.

  1. Sharing Personally Identifiable Information to Fulfill Service Requests and Perform Business Functions: When fulfilling service requests initiated by you, we may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties to fulfill those requests, subject to HIPAA regulations when involving Personal Healthcare Information (PHI). We may also share such information with service providers performing business functions on our behalf.
  2. Sharing Personally Identifiable Information with Certain Other Companies: We may share Personally Identifiable Information, excluding email addresses, with other companies to offer products or services of potential interest to you, contributing revenue to Let All Thrive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

 

For European Union residents who agree, Let All Thrive will share data with partner companies for offering products and services.
